We have a lot in common, and I do mean A LOT.....because the other night when talking we found out we have the same last name, same spelling and everything.
You'll have to forgive me, I got promoted at work and have been busy in my personal life, so I haven't Yelped in quite a while. I met a great guy via the internet last week, and we've talked on the phone a couple of times and even have a date set up.
o.o im pretty sure we're not related x D anyway.
is it okay to date someone with the same last name? If you know your grandparents "Smith" and he know his, and they are not the same, you are further away than first cousin, and good to go.
Family names (also known as surnames) provide an obvious clue to a person’s origin.
so if it went further i would have been with a man who has same name as my [email protected] Lily_Beyaz - It isn't a very common last name... If he's a good guy and you don't date him because of this, not a nice way to say this, you're nuts.Common surnames, such as Smith and Jones, can have multiple independent founders. As well, adoptions, misspellings, name changes (sometimes used to hide a criminal or immigration past) and non-paternities (the husband is not the biological father of the child) all serve to confuse the picture. Now, my last name is not the most obscure, uncommon name in the universe, but I usually meet people with a different spelling of it.We talked about our family backgrounds and found that our roots are in different places.
